| 摘 要： | 目的]为了研究北方3个越橘主栽品种(北陆、北极星、埃利奥特)叶片解剖结构的差异。方法]运用常规石蜡制片技术,对越橘叶片进行解剖结构观察。结果]3个品种叶片均为背腹型叶,栅栏薄壁组织1～2层,北陆叶片海绵组织和主脉的较为发达,北极星其次,埃利奥特最差。结论]3个品种的栅/海比排列顺序为北陆>埃利奥特>北极星。

| Abstract: | Objective ] The research aimed to study the anatomical differences of leaf structure of three Vaccinium cultivars （ Northland, Fola ris and Elliott）. Methodl Their anatomical structures were observed with the paraffin sectioning method. Result] Their leaves structure be longed to the dorsal abdominal type. They had 1 - 2 layers of palisade parenchyma ceils. The cultivar Northland had developed spongy paren chyma and leaf vein. The cultivar Polaris was next and the cultivar Elliott was underdeveloped one. Conclusion ] The order of the ratio of pal- isade parenchyma and spongy parenchyma was Northland 〉 Eliott 〉 Polaris. |
