摘 要: | 对我国广州、洛阳、拉萨等10个大中城市蔬菜中重金属污染进行了综合评价和排序。结果表明,各城市综合污染指数范围为1.380~13.590,蔬菜受到不同程度的重金属污染。各城市综合污染指数排序:天津>拉萨>西安>成都>广州>沈阳>上海浦东>惠州>长沙>洛阳,重金属污染元素排序:Cd>As>Pb>Cr>Ni>Hg>Cu>Zn,蔬菜污染排序:叶菜类>根茎类>瓜豆类。该研究对指导蔬菜的生产及保障老百姓的饮食安全有着重要意义。

Abstract: | Heavy metal pollution in vegetables were evaluated and ordered in ten cities including Guangzhou, Luoyang, Lasa, etc. The re- suits showed that comprehensive pollution index range is 1. 380 - 13. 590, the order of each city comprehensive pollution index is Tianjin 〉 La- sa 〉 Xihn 〉 Chengdu 〉 Guangzhou 〉 Shenyang 〉 Pudong 〉 Huizhou 〉 Shanghai 〉 Luoyang 〉 Changsha City, various elements of heavy metal contamination degree sequence : Cd 〉 As 〉 Pb 〉 Cr 〉 Ni 〉 Hg 〉 Cu 〉 Zn, vegetables pollution contamination degree sequence : Leaf-vegetables 〉 rhizome 〉 melons and beans. The study has significance for guiding vegetable production and guaranteeing food safety. |
