摘    要:目的]研究污泥与餐厨垃圾的可酸化性能评价指标。方法]以污泥与餐厨垃圾为试验对象,研究其酸化反应的pH、单位VS产VFA量及VS降解率变化。结果]VS降解率与单位VS产VFA量可作为评价物料可酸化性能以及实际酸化效果的指标。低、中、高VS脱水污泥与餐厨垃圾可酸化性分别为39.74%、40.85%、42.42%、70.76%,与小试反应器结果对比表明,该方法确实可行。结论]该研究对实际工程设计具有一定指导意义。

Evaluation Indicator of the Acidified Performance for Sludge and Food Waste

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study evaluation indicator of the acidified perfo~xnance for sludge and food waste. Method ] Sludge and food waste as test materials, changes of the pH, VFA/VS and VS degradation rate in acidified reaction were studied. Result] VS degradation rate and VFA/VS could be as indicators for evaluating acidified performance of the material and actual acidizing effect. Acidified performances of the dewatered sludge with low, middle and high VS and food waste were respectively 39.74%, 40.85% , 42.42% and 70.76%. Compared with result of the small test reactor, the method was feasible. Conclusion] The research had certain guidance signifi- cance for actual engineering design.
