食品中丙酸及丙酸盐的检测方法研究进展

摘    要:结合国内的研究进展,对食品中丙酸盐的测定方法进行了综述,其中重点介绍了气相色谱法、液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、离子色谱法,并建议不同的产品质量要求采用不同的检测方法进行检测。

Abstract:According to domestic research advance, determination method for propionate in food was reviewed, especially on the common methods such as gas chromatography( GC ), liquid chromatography (HPLC), ion chromatography( IC ), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Finally, it was suggested that different detection methods should he adopted according to different product qualities.
