摘    要:[目的]选育番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒病近等基因系。[方法]通过引进含黄化曲叶病毒番茄材料与优良自交系多代回交,培育抗黄化曲叶病毒病的温室专用骨干亲本系。[结果]经分子鉴定,选育骨干亲本系抗病材料扩增到抗病基因(Ty1、Ty2和Ty3),共获得Ty13N-3010-2、Ty13N-3010-45、Ty123N-3022-21、Ty123N-3022-45 4份材料田间综合性状表现良好抗病亲本材料,可直接应用于育种。[结论]为培育抗TY病毒病的温室专用品种提供了骨干亲本。

Breeding of Yellow Leaf Curl Virus Resistance of Tomato Near-isogenic Lines

Abstract:[ Objective ] The aim was to breed the yellow leaf curl virus resistance of tomato near-isogenic lines. [ Method ] Tomato greenhouse special backbone parent line which were'resistant to yellow leaf curl virus disease were obtained after several tomato materials were introduced to excellent chilling resistance inbred lines by backcrossing for multiple generations. [ Result] The molecular identification results showed that all of the backbone parent line materials were amplified the gene of Ty~, Ty2 and Ty3, among them Ty13 N-5010-2, Ty13 N-3010-45, Ty123 N- 3022-21 and TymN-3022-45 had better field traits and could be applied breeding directly. [ Conclusion] The research result provides back- bone parents for cultivating special varieties in greenhouse which are resistant to TY virus.
