摘    要:利用SSR标记技术分别筛选出玉米杂交种强盛16、强盛9、强盛62、强盛11的特异引物,建立了4个品种的种子纯度鉴定试剂盒。试验表明,应用此试剂盒可快速、有效地鉴定4个杂交种的种子纯度。

Abstract:In this study,polymorphic SSR primer pairs were screened for maize hybrids'Qiangsheng 16','Qiangsheng 9','Qiangsheng 62','Qiangsheng 11',respectively.With SSR marker technique,the seed purity testing kits of four hybrids were established.The results showed that the testing kits could be effectively and rapidly used for seed purity analysis of four hybrids.
