69份玉米自交系的苗期耐旱性分析

摘    要:以69份玉米自交系为试材,于温室模拟干旱胁迫环境,对各自交系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、相对电导率(REC)和相对含水量(RWC)等5项生理生化指标和茎粗、根冠比2项形态指标进行测定。通过对5项生理生化指标的耐旱系数的聚类分级,综合评价自交系的耐旱性。同时分析实验室条件下综合评价结果与形态指标鉴定结果的吻合度。结果表明:(1)受到胁迫时,材料的耐旱分级各不相同,材料间的响应机制各不相同;(2)筛选出耐旱性极强自交系4份、耐旱性强系14份、耐旱性中度系35份、耐旱性弱系12份、耐旱性极弱系4份;(3)根冠比、茎粗与综合评价结果吻合度低,不适宜作为实验室条件下玉米耐旱性的鉴定指标。
