| 摘 要： | 数字鸿沟是当前影响我国社会和谐健康发展的重要因素,对我国数字鸿沟存在的现状应有正确的认识。图书馆是信息资源储存和交流中心,在缩小数字鸿沟和构建和谐社会的过程中应发挥积极作用。
