基于Ansys的木材弯曲仿真研究

针对目前木材弯曲成功率低的问题,基于Ansys仿真软件,提出了一种分析木材弯曲时的变形、弯矩和应力的方法,该方法求解迅速、参数也易调整。实验表明,使用数控弯曲机进行木材弯曲时,在弯曲成所需形状之前,先用该方法分析确认各项参数,可以有效提高成品率,节约原材料。

Study of Wood Bending Simulation by Ansys

To solve the problem of low products success ratio in wood bending,a new way to analysis deform,bend moment and stress is brought based on Ansys simulation software.In this way,the answers are quickly got and the parameters can be adjusted easily too.According to the experiments,as the wood is to be bend by numeric controlled machine,all the parameters are confirmed in this way before bending to the required shape,the ratio of successful products is advanced,at the same time the materials are saved.
