| 摘 要： | 对2002年度1 362份华东地区出口蔬菜受检样的残留农药检测项目的检出率进行了研究。结果表明,华东地区出口蔬菜残留农药检出率有一定的规律性,与我国农药产业结构、蔬菜种类和月份分布相关。农药种类主要集中在杀虫剂,尤其是高毒有机磷杀虫剂;豆类、芸薹属类和叶菜类是农药残留检出率较高的蔬菜种类;6月和11月是检出的高峰期。据此就降低华东地区出口蔬菜农药残留水平提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Detectable rates of pesticide residue parameters in 1 362 vegetable samples from Eastern China were studied.The results showed that the detectable rates of pesticide residue in vegetable varied with type of vegetable,pesticide and culturing time.As far as pesticide variety was concerned,the detected rate in samples most belonged to insecticides,especially in organophosphorus insecticides with high toxicity.The detected rate in samples was high in Legumes,Brassica and leaf vegetables.The highest detected rate was found in June and November in the year.The advice for reducing the pesticide residue in the exported vegetables was also presented. |
