瓣膜置换术后患者早期康复干预依从性的影响因素分析

目的调查分析瓣膜置换术后患者早期康复训练依从性的影响因素。方法使用医院焦虑抑郁量表及自编的依从性调查问卷对100例瓣膜置换术后患者进行调查、随访,对影响早期康复训练依从性的因素进行分析。结果患者的文化程度、经济状况、家人的关心程度、医患关系、焦虑、抑郁等在依从者和不依从者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05),而在年龄、性别及瓣膜的型号等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改善焦虑、抑郁,建立良好的医患关系,稳定家庭、社会支持系统,可提高瓣膜置换术后早期康复干预依从性,改善患者的生活质量。

Influencing factors of compliance during early rehabilitation therapy in patients with heart valve replacement

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of compliance during early rehabilitation therapy in patients with heart valve replacement(HVR).Methods A total of 100 patients with HVR were surveyed by Hospital Anxiety-Depression Scale and self-made compliance questionnaire.Results There was a significant difference between compliant and uncompliant patients in education degree,economic status,family concern,doctor-patient relationship,anxiety,depression,and the like(P<0.01 or 0.05).The compliance was unrelated to the age,sex and valvar type(P>0.05).Conclusion The compliance and quality of life may be improved during early rehabilitation therapy in patients with HVR by ameliorating anxiety and depression and establishing good doctor-patient relationship and stable family and social support system.
