甘蓝型油菜农艺性状相关分析及F1农艺性状预测

摘    要:对5个甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系与33个不同来源的恢复材料以NCⅡ法配制的165个杂交组合农艺性状、配合力、杂种优势进行分析。结果表明。F1农艺性状、配合力、杂种优势之间都具有显著、极显著的正相关关系。杂优利用是油菜农艺性状改良的有效方式,父母本农艺性状厦配合力决定了杂优利用效果,而父母本农艺性状配合力之和可以用来预测F1的农艺性状和指导亲本的选配。

Abstract:5 cytoplasmic male sterile lines and 33 restorler lines were used to produce 165 hybrids with North Carolina Ⅱ mating design.These hybrids,together with their parents,were tested for agronomy traits including yield per plant et al.The study showed that F1 generation had significant or extremely significant positive correlation in agronomy traits,combining ability and heterosis.Heterosis utilization was an effect method for agronomy traits improvement of Brassica napus,the effect of heterosis utilization depended on parental quality and combining ability.The sum of parental agronomic traits combining ability could be used to predict their F1generation agronomic traits and select parents.
