摘    要:采用E-44环氧树脂与丙烯酸反应,用鎓盐作催化剂,制备适于竹木基材用涂饰的紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯预聚物.并分析催化剂的种类与用量、反应温度等合成条件对合成反应的影响,以及光引发剂种类对固化速度、固化时间对涂膜性能的影响.对固化产物进行红外表征,得到合成路线的优选条件.

Abstract:A UV-curable acrylated epoxy prepolymer resin used for bamboo and wood was modified by reacting E-44 epoxy with acrylic in the presence of onium. The effects of synthesis conditions, such as the kind and dosage of catalyst and reaction temperature were discussed. The influences of kind of photoinitiator on curing speed, as well as curing time on coating property were also analyzed. The product was characterized by IR spectra, and an optimum technological process was obtained.
