Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Building Rural Culture Central Household Libraries

This paper describes a library of rural households in activities to create a cultural center in the promotion of rural development,the importance of culture,summed up the cultural center of rural households adapt to current development needs of the library to create models of four,rational analysis of the actual work,awareness of the existence different,hot and cold uneven,chaotic management and other issues,focusing on the rural cultural centers to promote the healthy development of countermeasures family library.
