| 摘 要： | 电子鼻是一种新颖的仿生系统,通过模拟人的嗅觉来分析、识别挥发性气味,具有分析速度快、不破坏样品等特点,在许多领域中的应用越来越受到人们的关注。介绍电子鼻分析技术的原理、特点和分析程序,综述电子鼻在粮食储藏过程中判别品质、霉变、虫蚀等方面的应用进展情况,并展望了电子鼻技术在粮食品质判定方面有待发展的前景。 |

| Abstract: | Electronic nose is a novel bionics system.It can analyze,identify and detect the volatile odors rapidly by imitating the human olfactory organ,and without damaging the sample.So electronic nose has been increasingly concerned in various fields.The principle,characteristics and analytical procedures of the electronic nose analysis technology are introduced in this paper,and it also gives an review of electronic nose applied for distinguish quality,moldy and insects during grain storage.Development of the electronic nose for predicting the grain quality in future was prospected. |
