镧对油菜种子透性及种子活力的影响

摘    要:本文以油菜种子为材料,研究了稀土镧对油菜种子透性和种子活力的影响。在0.05-2.00mol/L水平,La^3+降低种子细胞内的电解质,K^+,Ca^2+和Na^+的相对外渗量,并表现为随La^3+浓度的增加而下降。低于0.1mol/L降低糖的相对外渗量,高于此浓度糖的相对外渗量升高。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out rape seed-"Qing Yu No. 2" and to find out the effects of La(No3)3 on seed permeability and on seed vigor. Results showed that the relative leakage of electrolyte.K .C(2 ) and Na out from seed declined with the increasing of La(No3)3 concentration at the range of 0.01-2.0mool/L. The relative leakage of sugar also declined at lower than 0.1mmol/L but increased above that concentration. Seed vigor was promoted at lower than 0.05mmol/L but inhibited beyond that.
