农村居民食品安全意识的实证研究———基于东川区农村的调查分析

摘    要:本文以对集义镇95位居民和阿旺镇90位居民进行的问卷调查为基础,通过构建 Logit模型,运用 eviews60软件对模型进行实证分析,研究了农村居民对食品安全认知的现状及影响因素。研究发现,虽然农村居民对食品安全有一定的认识,但对食品标志及具体区别的认知明显缺乏;男性中 20~40岁、学历高的农村居民对三种安全认证食品的认知程度较高。计量分析表明,农村居民的性别、年龄和学历显著影响食品安全认知。

Abstract:Based on the survey of the 95 and 90 people who lives on the AWang and JiYi town, this paper studies the cognitive status and influence factors of food safety about the rural residents, through constructing Logit model and analyzing it with the software eviews 6.0 empirically. The research shows that although rural residents knows about the food safety a little, but the awareness of food logo and definite difference is not good enough; Men in 20 to 40 years old, with certain degree of culture, have the high degree cognition about three kinds of authentication food safety. Measurement analysis shows that the sex, age and education significantly influence the food safety cognition.
