The Main Problems of Archives Management and Countermeasure in Post-Graduate Enrollment

With the expansion of post-graduate enrollment and the changes in people′s view on post-graduate degree and the career prospect of the degree,the previous practice in the post-graduate archives management brought great trouble and impact on both the relevant units and candidates.This thesis focuses on the profound reflection on the changes and presents some feasible reform strategy on the transfer of the post-graduates archives from their previous work unit and better management of the archives in the university.
