| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to prove that the dual economic structure is the basic reason of which lead to the delay of rural social security. Through a series of facts, we prove that the dual economic structure lead to the duality of Chinese social security system, so rural social security is fall behind than that of cities, such as the level of security, the degree of being paid attention to, the input of fund, and so on. At last, we offer some decision-making basis to perfect rural social security in our country. |
