| 摘 要： | 作者采用横向梭形或椭圆形切口(母畜)和马蹄形切口(公畜),切开脐疝疝囊皮肤;以横形缝合腹膜和用重叠钮孔状缝合法,缝合腹直肌前、后筋膜片,关疝疝孔,取得良好的治疗效果。在十四例脐疝手术治疗的病畜中,无一例复发。

| Abstract: | The skin of the umbilical hernial sac was incised with a spindle or an oval shape incision ( female ) and the "horse-foot" shape incision ( male ). The peritoneum was transversely sutured, and the hernial ring was closed by suturing the fore and hind fascias of the rectus abdominal muscle with the overlapping mattress suture. Good curative effects were obtained and none of the fourteen animal patients relapsed after the surgery. |
