寒地水稻纹枯病初步研究

摘    要:1990~2000年首次对寒地水稻纹枯病进行了初步研究 ,明确佳木斯地区水稻纹枯病始发期为 6月下旬至7月上旬、盛发期为7月中旬至8月上旬、停止蔓延期为8月中、下旬。病害水平扩展高峰期为7月中旬至8月上旬 ,垂直扩展高峰期为7月下旬至8月中旬 ,防治最佳时期为分蘖末期。采用人工接种和自然感病两种方法对486份材料进行鉴定 ,筛选出抗源材料11份 ;鉴定耐病品种 5份 :牡丹江21、品鉴1、品鉴 3、松 94-7、龙粳5号 ;在自然感病条件下 ,病害级别与空秕率、千粒重、产量损失率成显著相关

Abstract:The preliminary studies of rice sheath blight disease in cold areas in China were made in 1999-2000. The results indicated that the incipient occurrence of rice sheath blight disease in Jiamusi was from the 20-30th of June to the 1-10th of July, the peak period of the disease was from the 10-20th of July to the 1-10th of August and the with holding period of the disease fellen the 10-31th in August. The horizontal extending of the disease was from the 10-20th of July, the vertical extending of the disease was from the 20-30th of July to the 10-20th of August. The appropriate control point was in later tillering period. A total of 486 specimens were identified through artificial inoculation and natural infection with rice sheath blight fungus. It was found that 11 rice specimers were resistant to rice sheath blight disease, among which 5 were tolerant varieties, including Mudanjiang 21, Pinjian 1, Pinjian 3, Song 94-71 and Longjing 5. The correlation coefficients between disease progression and unfilled seed rate, thousand kernel weight and yield loss rate were significant urder natural susceptible conditions.
