| 摘 要： | 目的]开展从羊胆汁中提取、分离和纯化甘氨胆酸的工艺研究。方法]采用除蛋白、除色素、回收乙醇、盐析、萃取等生物化学方法,从羊胆汁中分离提取甘氨胆酸。采用了吸附色谱法和薄层层析色谱法分离纯化和鉴定了甘氨胆酸。结果]结果表明,该研究方法所提取的GCA纯度达97.3%。结论]首次建立了从羊胆汁中提取甘氨胆酸的技术路线,为临床用药的进一步开发奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction techniques of Glycocholic acid(GCA) from sheep bile.Method] GCA from sheep bile was obtained through deproteinization,depigmentation,ethanol reclamation,salting-out,extraction and anhydration.Adsorption chromatography and thin-layer chromatography was respectively used in disassociation and identification of GCA.Result] The purity of GCA reached to 97.3%.Conclusion] Extraction techniques of GCA from sheep bile was set up and established the base for the development of clinical medicine. |
