| 摘 要： | 苏柑是福建特种柑桔果树,来源不明.本试验通过花粉形态观测,过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶和谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT)的基因酶体系分析,结合植物形态特征特性比较,认为苏柑是甜橙和柚杂种的后代. |

| Abstract: | Sugan is a special variety of citrus in Fujian Province.It is highly productive and tolerant to adverse conditions,excellent for canning and juice processing.However,the phylogenetic relationship between Sugan and other species of citrus has yet been uncertain.After the observation of pollen morphology,analysis of zymograms of isoperoxidase and isoesterase,and the gene/enzyme system of glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT),together with the comparison of other morphological characters, been carried out in this study,Sugan was considered as an offspring of the hybrid of the sweet orange and the pummelo. |
