| Abstract: | Zhongtian Dashanzha is a new hawthorn cultivar for fresh market which was selected by bud mutation of wild hawthorn in the south of China.It has characteristics of cold-resistance,drought-resistance,strong resistance,and precocity,high yield and quality.The fruit is elongate-ellipsoid in shape with cyan yellow skin.The average single fruit weight is 100 g,and the biggest is 225 g.The flesh is white,fine,tender and crisp with little stone cell.The flavor is sweet-acid with soluble solids content of 12% to 16... |
