资阳香橙×枳杂种苗鉴定及耐碱株系筛选

摘    要:为培育耐碱的杂种砧木,以耐碱品种资阳香橙(Citrus junos Sieb.ex Tanaka)与不耐碱的枳[Poncirus trifoliata(L.)Raf.]杂交,将杂种F1群体经形态学与SSR鉴定杂种真实性,并通过叶片黄化程度分级、叶绿素与有效铁质量分数的测定以筛选耐碱杂种单株。结果表明,(1)与母本资阳香橙叶片形态上无明显差异的F1都是珠心苗。(2)真实杂种苗从第10片叶开始都有三出复叶。(3)筛选到2对SSR引物能鉴定出全部杂种苗。(4)在碱性土上,耐碱杂种苗叶绿素cha+b的质量分数显著低于耐碱亲本资阳香橙,而极显著高于不耐碱亲本枳;但叶绿素a的质量分数显著高于父母本。5、耐碱杂种叶片中有效铁质量分数显著高于枳。研究获得了2株耐碱能力较强的真实杂种苗。

Abstract:In order to obtain high tolerance rootstocks to calcareous soil from citrus inter-genera offspring,hybridization were made with artificial cross-pollination method between Ziyangxiangcheng(Citrus junos Sieb.ex Tanaka) and Trifoliate orange [Poncirus trifoliata(L.)
