粗毛黄褐孔菌多糖降血糖试验研究

摘    要:通过研究粗毛黄褐孔菌多糖降血糖的作用,分别用不同剂量野生粗毛黄褐孔菌多糖,灌胃正常小鼠与四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠,结果显示,野生粗毛黄褐孔菌多糖对正常小鼠无明显影响,对糖尿病小鼠在给药21 d后,中剂量组和高剂量组与阴性对照组间差异极显著,与阳性对照组之间差异不显著;用野生粗毛黄褐孔菌与人工栽培、液体发酵菌丝体多糖相同剂量灌胃糖尿病小鼠21 d后,三者降血糖作用无显著差异,均能一定程度降低糖尿病小鼠血糖。

Abstract:The anti-hyperglycemic activity of polysaccharides of Inonotus hispidus in vivo were studied. The polysaccharides of wild Inonotus hispidus were lavaged to mice of diabetic mellitus established by alloxan and normal mice in different levels. The results indicated that when mice were fed the polysaccharides of wild Inonotus hispidus for 21 d, the glucose of hyperglycemia mice were discovered significantly difference between group lavaged amount of polysaccharides 150 mg·kg-1, 200 mg·kg-1 and negative control group. No effect was observed for the normal mice, and no significant difference was showed between the posi- tive group and sample group. When the polysaccharides of wild lnonotus hispidus, artificial cultivation and liquid fermentation mycelium were lavaged to model mice and normal mice in the same level, no significant difference was discovered among them.
