摘    要:以3个不同品质类型春小麦品种为材料,在不同分期播种试验基础上,探讨了气象条件对春小麦磨粉品质的影响。结果表明,各品种容重与各出粉率因基因型不同而呈现出不同的特点,且受气象条件的影响因基因型的不同也呈现一定的差异。在水分适宜前提下,在较高的光温互作条件基础上,气温日较差是影响各品种容重的最敏感因素,光合有效辐射是影响各品种总出粉率的最敏感因素。

Abstract:Based on the field experiments in different sowing dates in Harbin in 2002 using the three spring wheat genotypes with different quality, the effect of meteorological conditions on milling quality of spring wheat was analysed. The results showed that test weight and the flour yields(%)of the three (varieties) were different with different genotypes, and the effects of meteorological conditions on them were (also) (different). Moreover, under the condition of moderate rainfall and the interaction of higher sunlight and temperature during grain filling, diurnal temperature range was the most sensitive factor (influencing) test weight, and PAR was the most sensitive element influencing the total flour yield(%)of wheat in (different) genotypes.
