| 摘 要： | Web2.0是以Blog、RSS、Wiki、Tag、SNS等网络技术为依托的新的互联网时代,对图书馆来说Web2.0不仅仅意味着其技术的简单应用,更重要的是对基于新的网络环境下的图书馆如何提升自身服务的思考与研究.概述了Web2.0环境下的图书馆服务特征,并就图书馆与用户间的关系、参考咨询服务、文献采访工作、学科导航服务等方面探讨了Web2.0对图书馆传统服务功能的拓展与延伸.

| Abstract: | Web 2.0 presents a new time of internet on the basis of blog,RSS,wiki,tag and SNS,and to the library,web 2.0 is not only the simple application of its technology,but also the thinking and research on how to improve the service of the library in the new web environment,the paper concludes the library service feathers in the Web 2.0,at the same time discusses the function that Web 2.0 extend the function of traditional library service on the basis of the relationship between the library and the clients,reference counseling service,literature interviewing work,study guide services. |
