基于智能PID控制的带式配料系统

摘    要:针对传统PID配料控制系统精度不高的问题,设计了一种采用皮带核子秤的配料系统。提出在配料流量控制中采用模糊控制及仿人工智能变参数PID控制的方法,并阐述了这种控制方法的实现过程。仿真结果证明该方法比传统的PID控制更先进,实践应用也表明它能有效地提高皮带配料精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the production quality of a match-material system, we developed a belt match-material system with a nuclear scale and a new control method of match-material flux, in which the parameters of PID-control were changed by using fuzzy control and imitated artificial intelligent control. The implementary processing of the proposed control method was expatiated. The simulation results demonstrated that the proposed method was more advanced than those used for the traditional PID control and the real application of this method showed a better control precision.
