| 摘 要： | 本文认为,发展农民教育,提高农民队伍的文化素质是保证农业可持续发展的基础,是农村现代化建设的保障。随着我国农业和农村经济跨入新的历史发展阶段,农民教育要借鉴发达国家的成功经验,结合我国的实际,培养一只高素质现代化的农民队伍,保证农业的可持续发展;培养农村第三产业人才,促进农村第三产业发展。
