| 摘 要： | 我国是个水资源贫乏的国家,但在水资源短缺的同时,水资源浪费现象十分严重,从而加剧了水资源供需矛盾。出现这种现象的一个重要原因就是水价形成机制不合理。从水价的研究意义着手,论述了制定水价的原则,提供了四种常用的计算水价的模型,探讨了合理制定水价的方法。

| Abstract: | There is a comparative shortage of water resource in our country.However,the phenomenon of water resource waste is also very serious so that the contradiction of supply and requirement about water resource becomes worse and worse.An important reason causing this kind of phenomenon is the unfit water price mechanism.In this paper meaning of water price was pointed out, the principle of water price-making was discussed,four kinds of water price calculation model were provided,and the methods of the establishment of reasonable water price were studied. |
