杉木林地土壤微生物数量的分析研究

摘    要:对不同年龄、不同生长代数杉木林地及立地条件相同的檫树林地土壤微生物数量的分析表明,①随杉木年龄的增加,林地土壤中的细菌、真菌及微生物总量表现出“低高低”的变化趋势,而氨化细菌数则随年龄的增力。而增加,②细菌、放线菌和微生物总量檫树林地明显高于杉木林地,但各类菌的组成比例均无明显不同,③头栽杉木林地土壤的细菌、放线菌微生物总量及氨化细菌分别是二栽林地的1.52、1.42、1.47和2.79倍,但真菌数量两类林地无差异,从各类菌所占比例来看,只有真菌比例二栽林地有增加的趋势,细菌、放线菌两类林地间无明显不同。

Abstract:Analysis on microbe quantity in sandalwood forest with different age and different generation and common sassafras forest soil with the same site showed that: 1. bacteria, fagus and microbe quantity in common sassafras forest soil had a tendency of "low, high, low" along with the age, but ammonification bacteria increased with age; 2. bacteria, actinomyces and microbe quantity in common Sassafras forest was evident higher than in chinese fir forest; 3.bacteria, actinomyces and microbe quantity in first culture chinese fir forest was respectively 1. 52,1. 43~1. 47 and 2. 79 time of the second culture forest, no difference of bacteria quantity.
