| 摘 要： | 总结了1989—1994年德清县森林资源优化发展研究的过程和经验，表明应用森林生态经济理论，采取行政、经济、科技手段，分类指导环境资源林和商品林的经营管理，实现森林资源数量、质量、结构的最优配置是完全可能的。为集体林区走生态林业良性循环道路，实现由传统林业向现代林业转变提供了先进典型。

| Abstract: | The optimum development of forest resources in Deqing county during 1989 - 1994, showed that, by application of forestry theories and adoptation of administrative, economic and scientific and technological means. The optimum allocation of forest resources could be reached. This research provided collective forest contre with a advanced example of transition from traditional forestry to modern forestry. |
