统收式采棉机清理装置的研究现状

统收式采棉机将作为经济型采棉机首选机型进行研究,期望通过研究使其适应新疆的高密度种植模式,成为解决新疆棉花机械化收获的一种新选择。在机采棉清理过程中,统收式采棉机清理装置主要清除铃壳、枝秆和青铃等重杂。利用籽棉与杂质颗粒大小、密度、表面状态弹性、硬度等的差别,借助刺钉滚筒或锯齿滚筒与有关工作部件的配合,将密度大于或小于籽棉的杂质从籽棉中分离出去。同时,介绍了几种统收式采棉机的机械清理装置。

Mechanical Seed Cotton Cleaner of Cotton Stripper Harvester

Cotton stripper as the preferred economic model will be studied.We hope to adapt it to high-density planting pattern in Xinjiang.It will be a new choice for the sake of the solution on mechanized cotton harvesters.Working,seed cotton cleaner of cotton stripper harvester mainly clears heavy impurities such as shells,branches,poles,green bolls etc.It will separate the impurities which are more or less than the density of seed cotton from seed cotton by in the use of the difference between the seed cotton and size,density,surface state flexibility,hardness of impurity as well as saw roller or barbed nails roller cooperation with working parts.This paper introduced several mechanical seed cotton cleaners of cotton stripper harvesters.
