| 摘 要： | 农村城镇化给黑龙江省的经济发展带来了新的契机,但单纯的经济利益导向与长期对环境和资源问题的忽视,不仅导致了省内环境污染、资源紧张、生态恶化,也制约了我省经济的可持续发展与城镇化进程的加速。因此,要探索在城镇化进程中从政治、经济、法律、文化等层面加强生态环境保护,促进我省经济社会协调发展。

| Abstract: | the Rural urbanization hm2s brought the new turning point for Heilongjiang province＇s economy development,but pure economic interest guidance not only caused the environment pollution,the resource short,the ecology to worsen,also hm2s restricted the economy sustainable development and the urbanization advancement acceleration.Therefore,it＇s important to enhm2nce ecological environment protection to promote economic society coordinated development by the countermeasure research on the political,the economical,the legal,the cultural stratification. |
