半胱胺和酵母铬对育肥猪内分泌激素和脂类代谢的影响

探讨了半胱胺和酵母铬对猪内分泌激素和脂类代谢的影响。结果表明,饲粮中分别或同时添加半胱胺和酵母铬有提高血清GH、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)及FT3/FT4的趋势(P>0.05),同时添加半胱胺和酵母铬显著提高GH的含量和FT3/FT4(P<0.05),显著降低了FT4的含量(P<0.05);饲粮中分别或同时添加半胱胺和酵母铬有降低血清中葡萄糖(Glu)含量的趋势(P>0.05),显著降低了血清中胰岛素(Ins)的含量(P<0.05),但分别添加半胱胺和酵母铬有提高Glu/Ins的趋势(P>0.05),同时添加半胱胺和酵母铬显著提高了Glu/Ins(P<0.05)。饲粮中分别或同时添加半胱胺和酵母铬均有降低血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量的趋势(P>0.05),有提高血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量、HDL/LDL的趋势(P>0.05),添加半胱胺或同时添加酵母铬降低了血清中低密度脂蛋白(LDL)(P>0.05),只添加酵母铬对LDL无影响。

Effects of Cysteamine and Chromium Yeast on Neurohormone and Lipid Metabolism in Finishing Pigs

The effects of Cysteamine(CS) and Chromium Yeast(CrY) on neurohormone and lipid metabolism were studied in finishing pigs.The results are as follows.(1)Compared with the group CT,the group CS and CrY improved the content of growth hormone(GH)in serum,free T4(FT4,) and the ratio of FT3/FT4(P>0.05,) the group CS CrY increased significantly the content of GH and the ratio of FT3/FT4(P<0.05),decreased significantly the content of FT4(P<0.05).The group CrY improved the content of serum FT3(P>0.05),the group CS and CS CrY increased significantly the content of serum FT3(P<0.05.) The group CS,CrY and CS CrY improved the content of serum Glu(P>0.05)and significantly decreased the content of serum Ins(P<0.05),but the group CS tended to improve the ratio of Glu/ Ins(P>0.05),the group CS CrY significantly increased the ratio of Glu/ Ins(P<0.05.)(2)Compared with the group CT,the group CS,CrY and CS CrY intended to decrease the contents of total cholestriol(TC)in serum and triglyceride(TG)(P>0.05),and increased the contents of high density lipoprotein(HDLi)n serum(P>0.05,) the group CS and CS CrY had dropped on the contents of low density lipoprotein(LDL)(P>0.05),the group CrY and the group CT were the same in the above.The group CS,CrY and CS CrY intended to improve the ratio of HDL/LDL(P>0.05).
