摘    要:该项研究,以自制的葡萄专用保鲜剂1号和2号用于晚红、巨峰、夕阳红的贮藏,研究其对浆果品质和生理生化指标的影响,探讨了两种保鲜剂的保鲜效果.试验结果表明,巨峰和晚红是适宜贮藏的品种,1号保鲜剂处理的葡萄,可溶性糖的含量较高,可滴定酸的含量亦较高;两种保鲜剂均使葡萄有较高的耐拉力和果肉硬度;两种保鲜剂处理的葡萄损耗率较低,脱粒率明显降低,特别是防腐效果以2号为最好.

Abstract:Preservative 1 and preservative 2 were used in storage experiments on grape of Red globe,Kyoho and Late red in order to study their effects on biochemical characteristics of berry,research their storage function on berry additionally.Results showed that Kyoho and Red globe were the suitable cultivars for storage which had high contents of soluble sugar and titration acidity on the treatment of preservative 1.Two preservatives all made grape firmer and pulling tolerance higher with low falling rate and low nutritional consumption than that before storage,especially the preservative 2 had better function on rot during storage.
