不同温度条件下赤霉素对水蜡树种子活力的影响

本实验研究了不同温度（20℃、25℃、30℃、25～30℃、20～30℃）条件下不同浓度（Omg／L、50mg／L、100mg／L、150mg／L、200mg／L、250mg／L、300mg／L）赤霉素对水蜡树种子活力的影响。实验结果表明：温度可显著提高水蜡树种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数；种子发芽最佳温度为20℃，种子发芽率98．9％，其次20—30％变温，种子发芽率为93．3％；在温度20℃条件下种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数最大，发芽势达81．6％，发芽指数达2．95，活力指数达0．35；温度越高发芽13数越长，其中在20℃时水蜡树种子的发芽日数最短，发芽整齐；赤霉素的不同浓度对胚根长有一定的影响，其中150mg／L的影响较大，胚根长达到6．10em。
