塔里木河流域多浪水库浮游生物的调查研究

摘    要:塔里木河流域多浪水库是由塔里木河主要水源之一的阿克苏河塔里木拦河闸北岸分水闸引水入库的旁侧式平原水库,是塔里木盆地重要的渔业产地。2010年4月和8月对多浪水库进行了较为全面的浮游生物调查,同时对水质进行了检测。通过浮游生物的定性分析得出:阿克苏河水进入多浪水库前,其中水体中浮游生物共有11种,隶属4个门,其中浮游植物3门10种,浮游动物仅发现原生动物;多浪水库共有浮游植物共有5门21种,浮游动物中轮虫、枝角类、桡足类、原生动物数量可观。定量分析得出:入库前水体浮游生物的总量为0.553mg/L,估计鱼产力为8.418kg/hm^2;多浪水库浮游植物总量为2.7804mg/L,浮游动物总量为1.126mg/L,估计鱼产力为92.31kg/hm^2。
