Abstract:In the study of ecological economic system of vegetables, vegetables were divided into three classes with relative nutritive value as criterion, according to the data of whole nutritive producing. Two comprehensive quantified evaluating criteria for nutritive producing of vegetables were raised by author through a calculating formula: compre- hensive natritive value and nutrient provided unit. The application of nutrient provided unit criterion and its function in comprehensively understanding vegetable producing and annual vegetable providing level are introduced in detail in this paper.
