| 摘 要： | 以目前新疆已建成通车的高等级公路为主线,利用历年事故统计资料,就新疆高等级公路沿线灾害性天气分布特征及其对交通安全的影响进行了分析.着眼于新疆在自然、地理、气候条件等方面的特点,在借鉴和参考国内外建立高等级公路安全保障体系的研究成果和实践经验基础上,提出了新疆高等级公路灾害性天气事故预防重点以及安全保障体系的框架结构.

| Abstract: | Bases on the statistical materials of traffic accident on the freeways,this paper analyzes the impacts and characteristics of the disaster weather on freeway transportation in Xinjiang.The main suggestions and the frame construction of ensuring safety system for prevention disaster weather accidents are put forward,according to using the available results and practical experience in this respect at home and abroad. |
