摘    要:分析了度汛工程的特点,构建度汛工程方案的决策指标体系,并针对现有决策方法的不足之处,提出了基于AHP复合熵的度汛工程逼近理想解排序模型,该模型充分考虑专家的经验知识以及指标数据的客观信息,采用AHP与熵值法确定指标的综合权重,运用逼近理想解排序的方法实现了度汛工程方案的优选排序。最后以具体的实例,验证了该模型在度汛工程方案优选决策中的有效性与实用性。

TOPSIS Priority Model of flood protection engineering Based on AHP and Entropy
Abstract:The paper analyses the characters of flood protection engineering. The decision index system is built for the flood protection engineering plans. And the TOPSIS priority of flood protection engineering based on AHP and entropy was proposed. The model considers the experts’ experience knowledge and information implicated in data. The comprehensive weight of each index is combined by applying AHP and entropy weight. The flood protection engineering plans can be optimized by the similarity to ideal solution method. Finally, taking an example of a flood protection engineering plans, which illustrates the validity and usefulness of the model.
