| 摘 要： | 以“福建省海域使用综合管理信息系统”的建设经验、系统功能特点及推广使用情况为基础，对当前海洋管理信息化建设现状进行分析，重点探讨海洋管理信息应用系统对海洋管理信息化建设的总体推动作用。分析表明，海洋管理信息应用系统的建设和推广使用可以促进管理人员信息化管理意识的提高，可以帮助管理者更好地明确信息建设的具体需求，同时是海洋管理信息积累的直接有效途径，优先发展信息应用系统，结合宏观框架控制，进行海洋管理的信息化建设，是合理可行的。
