摘    要:选用两个普通玉米(农大108和聊玉20)和两个高油玉米品种(高油202和高油115)为试验材料,对其籽粒发育过程中的内源激素含量变化动态进行了研究。结果表明:HO202的ZR和IPA含量的峰值最高,在整个籽粒灌浆前期HO202的GA3含量均低于其它3个品种,灌浆后期含量有所升高。HO202灌浆前期的IAA含量很高,7天左右即达高峰,LY20高峰出现在30天左右,而HO115的IAA含量一直处于逐渐下降趋势;HO202在籽粒灌浆前期的ABA含量较低,但在后期的含量有所升高。

Abstract:The changes of endogenous hormone content of 2 common maize(ND108 and LY20) and 2 high oil maize(HO202 and HO115) were studied in the grain development.The results showed that the peak values of ZR and IPA were the highest in HO202.The GA3 content of HO202 was lower than the other 3 varieties at the early filling stage and increased at the late filling stage.The IAA content of HO202 was very high,and got to the peak on the 7th day.The IAA content of LY20 got to the peak on the 30th day.The IAA content of HO...
