摘    要:在盆栽条件下,研究了水氮配合对冬小麦产量和品质的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫严重地影响了氮肥的作用,只有在水分配合条件下,氮肥的作用才得到了充分发挥。水分和氮素配合不仅有利于提高产量,也有利于提高冬小麦的品质。冬小麦水氮高效的关键期和敏感期在拔节期,这个时期施氮可以增加子粒中游离氨基酸及蛋白质含量,提高其质量。

Abstract:The pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of water and nitrogen cooperation on winter wheat yield and quality The results showed that the effect of N fertilizer as inhibited seriously by water stress, only with the condition of water and nitrogen coordination, it was developed abundantly Thereby, N fertilizer could not only increase winter wheat yields but also improve the quality of wheat grains. The elongation stage is the key and sensitive stage, the N fertilizer applied at this stage could not only increase the yield of winter wheat but also increase the content of free amino acid and protein of grain, and improve the quality of grain protein
