云南烤烟烟碱、总氮和粗蛋白含量与种植海拔的相关性分析*

摘    要: 针对云南气候综合要素与地域海拔变化直接相关的立体气候特点,在相同的规范栽培和烘烤条件下,系统分析了曲靖不同海拔梯度(1351~2117m) 18个烤烟种植区的云烟85初烤烟叶样品的烟碱、总氮、粗蛋白及几个相关的化学指标。结果显示:云南烤烟烟碱、总氮和粗蛋白三者的含量随海拔的增加而降低,海拔高度超过1850m以后,海拔高度与三者之间的负相关规律性明显降低;在较高海拔地区种植云85有利于降低烟碱含量。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristic of stereo-climate with the direct relativity between the multiplicate climatic elements and the altitude in Yunnan province,At the same condition of culture practices and curing,the content of nicotine,total nitrogen,protein and relative index of flue-cured tobacco samples from 18 different cultivation altitudes(from 1351m to 2117m) in Qujing,were detected.The results showed that: The content of the nicotine,the total nitrogen and the protein were decreasing as the altitude increasing.However,the relativity between cultivation altitude and the three compositions was not obvious regulation as the altitude over 1850 meters.Growing flue-cured tobacco at higher altitude would decrease the nicotine of flue-cured Tobacco.
