摘    要:目的]了解和探索板栗雄花芽分化的生理机制,探讨科学有效地抑制雄花芽分化、促进雌花分化的方法,并为板栗的开花授粉、结实丰产的化学调控及合理的施肥措施提供理论依据。方法]以6年生鄂粟2号板栗(CastaneamollissimaB1.)为试材,在雄花芽临界分化期测定了雄花芽和同期叶芽中碳水化合物(可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉)和可溶性蛋白质的含量。结果]板栗雄花芽临界分化期,雄花芽和同期叶芽中碳水化合物和可溶性蛋白质变化趋势相同,且雄花芽中这些物质的含量均高于叶芽。综合可知,一定浓度范围内,可溶性糖、蔗糖和可溶性蛋白的积累促进了雄花芽的分化。结论]板栗雄花芽分化与其营养物质的积累有密切关系,也与叶芽分化有较密切关系。
