摘    要:为实现出口食品企业生产加工全程管理,满足检验检疫执法要求,开发出口食品安全信息化电子监管系统尤为重要。在介绍出口食品安全信息化电子监管系统的设计背景和功能的基础上,重点分析了该系统的三大特点,并对其应用前景进行了分析和展望,以供参考。

Abstract:It is significant to design electronic supervision and management information system for export food safety(EFS) to manage the whole process of production in food companies and meet the need of law enforcement of CIQ.The EFS in terms of the design background,its function as well as its three main characters were introduced.Meanwhile,future application prospects were discussed aimed to provide the reference.
