摘    要:本研究利用盆栽试验,对Alternaria augustiovoidea菌株AAEC05-3和A.amaranthi-3开发复合微生物除草剂的潜力进行了评价。结果表明,在不保湿情况下,107个孢子.mL-1浓度的复合菌水乳剂对杂草的防效可达89.15%。复合菌水乳剂与低剂量的化学除草剂混合可以显著提高微生物除草剂对杂草的防除效果,在105个孢子.mL-1浓度下,制剂对反枝苋和稗草防效达到95.56%。

Abstract:The bicontrol potential of multiple-strains mycoherbicide from A lternaria augustiovoidea and A.amaranthi-3 was evaluated in the experiment. The results showed that the emulsion of multiple-strains mycoherbicide applied at 10^7 spore ·mL^-1 produced a control efficacy at 89.15% under no dew period. The mixture of muhiple-strains mycoherbicide and low dosage of herbicides can insignificantly increase the control efficacy of multiple-strains mycoherbicide. At 105 spore ·mL^-1 concentration, The mixture formulation showed a control efficacy at 95.56% to Echinochloa crusgalli and A maranthus retroflexus.
