云南的磨芋资源

 本文报道了云南丰富的磨芋资源,计有磨芋13种,占全国种数的54%。其中大部分种类如花磨芋(Amorphophallus rivieri)、白磨芋(A. albus)、勐海磨芋(A. bannaensis)、西盟磨芋(A. ximengensis)、攸落磨芋(A. yuloensis)、滇磨芋(A. yunnanensis)、珠芽磨芋(A. bulbifer)等可制成磨芋豆腐供食用;甜磨芋(A. sp)可以直接煮食。为便于识别,作者将分布于云南的磨芋种类作成分种检索表,并把民间早已利用但尚未记载于文献中的西盟磨芋、攸落磨芋和勐海磨芋的形态特征以图示出。云南各种磨芋大都分布在热带和亚热带地区,垂直分布的上限是海拔2300m。

The Amorphophallus Resources in Yunnan

This paper deals with the rich resources of Amorphophallus (Araceae) in Yunnan.There are 13 species of AmorphophaIlus in Yunnan Province which make 54% of the total number of species in China. Most of them (e. g. A. rivieri; A. albus; A.bannaensis; A. ximengensis; A.yuloensis; and A.Bulbijier etc.) are edible and people used to process it into Amorphophallus, curd for food. The author proposed a key to the Yunnan species and 3 illustrations showing the characteristics of Amorphophallus ximengensis, A. Yuloensis as well as A. bannaensis etc.The Amorphophallus in Yunnan is largely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions (Fig.4) with the upper limit extending to an elevation of 2300m.
